How are you managing?

How are you managing?

We are with you in this season of stress

It's probably an understatement to say that the recent COVID-19 pandemic has created significant changes for all of us, both personally and professionally.

As a result, we have decided to pause our usual newsletter for this month, and instead use this opportunity to check in with our community.

We would love to know what has been challenging as well as most helpful for you in supporting your own health in this time of increased stress and uncertainty.

We hope you will take 5 minutes to answer a few questions and reflect on your current well-being. Any findings we share back with the community will be kept anonymous. Please feel free to answer as many or as few of the questions as you wish.

Q1)  What has been the biggest change and/or challenge to your work life?

Q2)  What has been most helpful to you in adjusting to this change?

Q3)  What additional resources or supports would help to best address the challenges you are facing?

Q4)  In what ways have you perhaps found opportunities in the midst of crisis?

Q5)  What are some helpful thoughts, messages, or resources (online or offline) that you might like to share with other members of the Intentional Therapist community?

Q6)  For a bit of lightheartedness, if you could pick one person (real or fictional) to be quarantined with, who would you pick, and why?

Q7)  Anything else on your mind?  Please feel free to share any other reflections.

We hope that you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe. Stay tuned for more resources and supports in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we invite you to remember that we are all in this together. The link below shares a brief practice, led by Dr. Rick Hanson, to help us do this:
