10 signs you need some white space

Any of these feel at all familiar to anyone? (Asking for a friend)

  1. Feeling relieved when clients cancel last minute
  2. Not caring about lost income from cancelled sessions
  3. Not wanting to check voice mail or email
  4. Hoping that you won’t get any new referrals
  5. Not wanting to write notes or reports
  6. Not wanting to do billing
  7. Hoping you won’t get asked to serve on any committees
  8. Hoping you won’t get invited to any social events (especially on Zoom)
  9. Eating/drinking/going to the washroom feels like another ‘to do’, or, like a luxury
  10. Finding yourself saying “I just need to make it through this week” - every week
