Introducing: Thrivival 101

Introducing: Thrivival 101

At Intentional Therapist we are all about challenging ourselves to do what is perhaps uncomfortable but in the service of what is most meaningful to us.

So in that spirit, drumroll please...

We are so excited (and nervous!) to announce the launch of our brand-spanking new 'pop-up' podcast: Thrivival 101

We created Thrivival 101 to be a podcast where we have the courage to talk about what actually supports and gets in the way of self-care for female mental health clinicians. So that we can redefine what it truly means to take care of ourselves - our best tools! - and thrive in this work.

Our mission is to help female mental health clinicians move from simply surviving to thriving in both our work and personal roles, and finally create the kind of life from which we don’t need to escape. Our hope is that this podcast, like this newsletter, can be one more means through which we can normalize self-care in all it’s forms (because it's not just bubble baths and massages), foster a dialogue about its foundational importance, and create a thriving community of like-minded female mental health clinicians. And have a little fun along the way. :)

Throughout the month of February we will be releasing 3 interviews we have recorded with some amazing fellow female mental health clinicians. Our first episode is live today!

We hope you will tune in to hear our conversation about fitting finances (yep, finances!) into our self-care with Linzy Bonham, founder of Money Nuts & Bolts. Linzy shares some valuable insights and actionable tips on how to feel on top of our finances.

And please let us know what you think of the interview as well as share any ideas you might have for topics you would like us to address in future episodes. Let's keep the conversation going!
