Your year in pixels

Many of us likely ask our clients at some point to track their mood and activities - but have you ever done this yourself? 

At this start of a new year, why not take the opportunity to begin (or hopefully continue!) to pay attention to how you are making efforts on a regular basis to attend to your self-care.  Feel free to use our downloadable 'My Year in Pixels' sheet below to help you keep track in a creative way. 

How you use it is completely up to you: each square can be filled in with a different colour, or shape, or design to represent a different mood, or activity, or you can even simply put an 'x' through each square for each day that you engage in a particular self-care activity. (Please see this blog post for more details on the approach from its origins in bullet journaling.) 

At the end of each month, and eventually at the end of the year, you will have a unique visual record of your efforts. 

And please, no stressing out if you don't remember to fill in each and every square! Just setting the intention to pay attention to your mood and/or engage in self-care is a great place to begin.
